If you are using hibiscus petals in a tea beware as hibiscus will curdle milk.

Hot tea brewing method: Place 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per cup in an infuser, teiere or teapot, pour on boiling water. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Adding milk is not recommended – sweeten to taste, we suggest honey.
